Subject:Can't input serial number

I just purchased Acid 4.0 and it will let me input the serial number.

When I type it in, it give a message that it has to start with F4. When I replace the FB (first letters in the SN) with F4, it says it is invalid.

When I send an email to support, nobody answers.

When I call the 608 number, nobody answers.

When I call the 900 number (why should I have to pay for this, anyway!??!), nobody answers.

Does anybody ever answer anything around there?

It sounds like your problem is that you're trying to use your Screenblast ACID 4 serial number to run Screenblast Sound Forge 1.1.

You don't need a serial number to run the free version of Screenblast Sound Forge. Just choose "I would like to use Screenblast Sound Forge 1.1" at the serial number prompt and you're good to go. If you want to use the deluxe version of SB Forge you'll need to purchase it from our online store, and then you should receive the necessary serial number.

I'm running the disk that came in a $69 box from Best Buy that claims to be Acid 4. If it's SoundForge 1, I've been ripped off.

You should be able to install both Screenblast ACID 4 and Screenblast Sound Forge 1.1 from that disc. Forge is included as an extra.
