Screenblast ACID 4 EULA: commercial use allowed or not? -ACID Product Family

Here was the responce: "You can use the software to produce music for commercial purposes. This phrase just refers to replicating the software itself for money." So, we CAN use Screenblast ACID 4 for $. :) I thought I'd post this because it's been quetioned.

To complicate things, a simple, 16-bit/44.1 kHz project done in Screenblast ACID would sound the same as one done in ACID Pro (minus ACID Pro's exclusive features, of course). You wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I can almost guarantee you'll want ACID Pro after working with Screenblast ACID for a little while; sooner or later, you'll probably want those bells and whistles that exist only in Pro. Just remember, of course, not to use anything that's someone elses copyright in commercial work unless you get permission to do so. It's now about $230 there. You can also check out your local Best Buy; I saw ACID Pro 4.0 at my local Best Buy for about $200. (I can't find it via bestbuy.com, though it's listed in a search.)
