Subject:Noise Reduction Plug-in help req'd

OK, I'm pretty new to this business and have bought Sound Forge 6 in order to transfer all my old vinyl to CD. I downloaded the trial plug-in for the Noise Reduction but I cannot get it to work. When I look for the file ACNOISE.WAV that the instructions say to open, it does not appear anywhere on my computer.

I cannot find anything in the main prog that refers to noise reduction and the plug in manager does not recognise it.

Can someone help please?

Have you looked in and set up DX Favorites- Organize- DX Plug-ins?

Is it listed in Add/Remove Programs?
