I'm currently working on a mix compilation, for some reason when i convert mp3 to wave file , when i put both together it sounds distorted and also how do i make my mix sounds nice and clean as in make the whole mix not distorted and make all the level even and make it sounds nice in the club or the car.... thanks

Are you mixing the original .wav with the .mp3? How come?

Make sure that you're not clipping on the peak meters. Also, make sure that if you are using the Mix function, that you're pulling the faders down, and probably using something close to 50% for each, rather than 100%, otherwise, they can add and cause clipping.

Does the distortion happen on conversion to wave or are you expecting the convertion to clean up distortion?
If it's the latter, it won't.
Otherwise varify the new wave file is 16 bit and a high enough sample rate, most usually 44.1khz.
