I have 70 minute files that want to convert into cd's with separate tracks, and indexes where ever necessary. When I... (1) convert markers - to regions -- (2) export the regions (3) Use CDA5 I get small pops at the location where the file is being changed (during play back in my cd player). I think I am improperly selecting the region location. It is as if I am selecting, some data that is not located at zero crossing. How can I insure that I only select data at a zero crossing location? Please comment ---===Kevin ===--- |

Here's what I do in SF6: 1. In Options/ Status Format select "Time & Frames" 2. Open the Regions list and use the up or down arrows to nudge the marker by one frame. You don't have to do that on the first(start of file) and last (end of file) marker. 3. Convert Markers to Regions 4. Extract Regions |

You could always run auto trim crop as a batch (if you have Batch Conv 5) and just fade a few ms on start and end. |
