Subject:Acid Pro Recordering Problem!! Help

I am using the newest version of acid pro.[4]. Will I did my mix. WHen i tired to record the mix the quality of the track an't good and the volume is low. i tired turning up my system wav volume full. it had some effect but the quality isn't good still. My Sample Rate [HZ]: 44,100 and Bith Depth: 16...i tired turning those up no effect either. Anybody out there know what's up . Thanx in advice!

What's your soundcard or audio interface? It can tell us a lot. Soundcards like the M-Audio Audiophile 2496 or the Echo MiaMIDI are way better than any standard Sound Blaster or compatible.
