Hi,

I received the promo now 1 day after buying the upgrade, and I was probably not the only one. I would suggest to send the promos one day before releasing the upgrade.

Contact customer service directly. In the past they've been very very good about issuing refunds in these cases. Hopefully that hasn't changed.

I can vouch for this, I contacted them a half hour ago and already received a $50 credit. Refreshing to see that service is still as responsive as ever, despite the new management...

Hello,

I'm a licenced user of ACID Pro, Sound Forge, Batch converter, CD Architect, DVD Architect and Vegas. I never got a promo message over the years. Could someone from sony send me the message so for once I can use this promo the normal way and not waiting for the message from this forum or a friend of mine. :-(

Email them at their Customer Service. I got a response in less than 24 hours.
