I've been using Vegas for quite a while now for video production, and loving it! I've used pretty much everything the market has to offer on Mac or PC, and Vegas (and DVD Architect) is by far the best! Extremely low crash occurance, tools that do what you want to the nth degree, and an interface that makes more sense than any I've seen.

This past weekend, I had my first non-linear recording session using Vegas, a Tascam DM-24 console and the MOTU 2408 interface. Things went so unbelievably smoothly, and everything sounds terrific! During overdubbing, many times that the players would have otherwise "punched-in" to fix mistakes, I just copied and pasted, and crossfaded, to everyone's astonishment.

I'm sold on NLE for music production, and definitely sold on Vegas! Way to go SoFo!
