See this month's Videomaker magazine. They review FinalCut 4, which is bundled with an Acid-like program. I don't remember the program name, and I don't know if you can get it separately from FCP4.

I believe it was Soundtrack. From what I've heard, it compares to ACID Pro 2.0.

There are no foreseeable plans to make ACID for the Mac that I know of.
