Subject:Sync problem w/4.0e Posted by: magnum Date:9/15/2003 8:28:39 PM Using midi clock out to trigger my drum machine in Acid 4.0e. When you press play in Acid the drum machine starts like it should but stops after the first beat. Going USB to mdi sport 2x2 to Alesis SR-16 (set to clock in). Midi sport lighting shows that the signal is still transmitting. Not sure what the problem is..help! Thanks

Try other drivers at M-Audio's site? Can you connect any other way other than USB? I noticed the Midisport can be set to MIDI thru, though you'd need another interface with MIDI to go to your Midisport and then out to your SR-16. Any way you have access to a similar device, such as the Midisport UNO (it apparently uses different drivers) or even to a traditional MIDI setup like the ones provided by the Echo MiaMIDI or the M-Audio Audiophile 2496?
