CRAP! I have re-installed Acid Pro 4 (build 215) on my new system which now runs on Windows XP and I can't pull in my .acd files from the other hard drive which used to be my primary drive (Win ME). I bought a new system, the tech-guy put my old hard drive in as a secondary drive and now I can't seem to get the new drive with Win XP to recognize the files (.acd) from my old drive which used to run Win ME. I don't know what the problem is. Has anyone here had and solved this problem? I have a song that is half completed and it keeps telling me that the file is invalid or corrupt or that it isn't readable. It's an .acd file?! Why can't I open any of my old .acd files? Please help. |

Did you try moving (or copying) the ACD projects from the old drive to your new drive and opening from there? (You can use the File>Save As command and save on the old drive from there if you prefer to keep the projects on the old drive.)
