hey, I'm trying to get ride loops to match tempo with existing beat projects composed of oneshots at 120 bpm. I have the rads, drum tools, and mic fleetwood loop packages. I have tried the stretch feature and changing the number of beats. sometimes you luck out. the loops have been recorded at a tempo, lets say 89.5 bpm or 131.7 bpm. when I drop it into a project at 120 bpm, how do i get it to adjust to 120 bpm? beatmapper seems to determine a rate it can be mapped to, but that's It, one other tempo. thanks, thefox |

I'm not sure I understand. If these Loops were ACIDized, they should stretch to accomodate the new tempo. Do you want a certain element in the Loop to fall elsewhere? For example, do you want a hi-hat to fall every other 8th note instead of on every quarter note? Doing so would require you either offset the loop or chop it up using the Chopper (in ACID Pro only). You can offset by selecting the event and then press and hold down ALT on your keyboard while clicking and dragging.
