It had better start with instructions for the compleat idiot, because that's how we all start out. The SF "tutorials" do give some minimal information while promoting SF 6 over SF 5. They're not meant to teach you how to use Sound Forge. As with any major software application, once you achieve advanced-user status, you have trouble remembering what was hard about it, at the beginning. It's the gifted teacher who can still see it from the point of view of the beginner.
