After making a new composition using acid loops, can I sale the song to a rapper/singer. In other words can I use Acid loops in my commercial production without paying Sonic Foundry any money? All thoughts are welcomed.

Yes you can sell the song in a complete form. You just can't sell the loops repackaged or individually.
