Subject:Acid 4.0 Major, sound problem. HLP plz!

I got a new computer and installed my Acid 4.0 but for some reason, I can not get any sound out of it! Ive checked all my volume controlls, I wan play music in other programs such as windows media player, but I cannot get any osuns out of acid. ANY IDEAS PLEASE????

Are the volume meters actually moving in the Mixer?

Try going to Options>Preferences on the menu bar and choosing a specific driver model under the Audio tab. You should then be able to choose a specific hardware output for playback under the Master channel of the Mixer.

that worked, i cant tell you how much you helped me, ive been looking for answers everyware.... i was going to kill my comp. (not realy)
