Subject:Is there a Way to Adjust Pan / Volume Without Using Slider?

I tried RIGHT-CLICKING, left clicking, etc. but the only way I can adjust the volume or pans on tracks is by using my mouse on the slider.

Is there some way I could manually type in the the numeric value - "0" for perfect balance, etc.? All this mouse-intensive stuff is hard on the digits!

If you double-click on the slider it will reset to it's default value - in the case of Pan this will be center.

If you have a mouse scroll-wheel you can use that to ajust the sliders - just hover over a slider and wheel away! For fine adjustment, hold down Ctrl key while using the wheel.

I may be telling you something that you already know but you can automate your pans & volume control as well by selecting your track & pulling down insert envelope (vol or pan) & then by right clicking on the line that shows up across your track you can add a point that can be raised or lowered to your desire & allows you to adjust volume & panning over time-

Shift-Left click is the fastest way to add points to the volume/pan/fx automation envelopes BTW!

If you want to automate panning and/or volume, follow what mortalengines mentioned.

In addition, right-click between on a segment between points on an envelope to choose a specific fade type.
