Subject:Recording Problem Please Help

Every time that i push record the screen freezes. i erased all my things in my computer that i didn't need to clear up space and it still does it. what is wrong with my acid?

We'll need quite a bit more information to be able to figure that problem out.

What version of ACID do you have (2.0, 3.0, 4.0) and letter revision (4.0a, 4.0b, etc). Whatever you have, try getting the latest.

What soundcard do you have? Do you have the latest drivers?

Operating System? Any other problems ever happen on that machine? Does Windows Sound Recorder, or any other audio apps, work all right for you?

When you say "erased all my things in my computer that I didn't need", you didn't mean any system files, right?
