So there I am, minding my own business when AM3 stops and splashes an error in my face...

I had been arranging loop positions in a basic project. Nothing fancy, just moving things around a bit.

I'm curious if the AP4 demo that I uninstalled earlier today has anything to do with it. I say this because I've made no other system changes and I had used AM3 for about a year without error. Then after using the AP4 demo, all of a sudden my projects were no longer directly accessible by AM3. I've had to use the AP3 app/icon to "Open As"...and then that didn't work anymore. As it stands now, I have to launch AM3 by clicking the Start Menu shortcut, and drag a .acd file onto AM3. This is truly wack! But before I go on a negative tangent, perhaps one of you smart guys can decypher the error for me:

I'd like to avoid un/re-installing AM3 because I won't be in front of my rig during SF business hours for weeks.

Any productive suggestions are quite welcome. THX

Uninstalling/reinstalling would be my first option.

What's "MSH_ZWF.dll"? I see it listed amongst the dump.

What ever MSH_ZWF.dll is, it is the culprit. Search for this on your harddrive and then look at its properties to deteremine what it is.

MSH_ZWF.dll is part of the Intellepoint software for my trackball. It seems to be related to the wheel. I searched Google and MSH_ZWF.dll crashes are common with programs (like Acid) that don't use Universal Scrolling, AutoScrolling, and Panning for the middle button or wheel.

I must have touched the wheel by accident. I'm sure its not the first time, but AP4 must have increased the vulnerability.

As for my .acd files, there is no "Open With" AM3 exe on my system. Only AP3 which sends me through a never ending loop of "The file does not have a program associated...Create an association in Folder Options..." when I select it.

Folder Options and un/re-installing doesn't help at all. Can I edit the file associations in AM3? I can't remember if I've ever seen a dialog for that but most programs let you set that up during install.

Finally, why are there so many icons for AM3 (blue, green, orange) but only orange is listed? It would be nice to keep it uniform. That would eliminate alot of confusion.
