Subject:Saving Project Issue

When I work on an old project in AcidPro 4.0 and do a "save as", even when it asks if I want to replace the old file, I end up with both files in my documents (old & newer one). Why is that? It really only clutters up my documents with files I don't need. Thanks for any input!

Is the old version a .bak file? ACID will create these for safe keeping in case you decided you made a mistake when saving. You can go back to the previous version if necessary.

If you're intending to replace the old file then try using Save instead of Save As.
