Subject:Beatmapper problems

I am having serious problems getting beatmapper to sync correctly with audio I extract from cd's. Any ideas how to make this easier? Is there a way to change to tempo that beatmapper decides for a song? It is usually off by quite a few bpm's. Thanks for any input.

It's not normally the Beatmapper that's off, but usually records just tend to slightly drift in tempo either intentionally or unintentionally. Depending on what you are doing with the track I would normally just alter the tempo so that the loop or segment you are using is spot on. I.E. If you are producing a mix cd. Just alter the tempo, so that the part you are mixing fits with the other track(s). Or give further info, so I can be more exact.
