PQ-list troubles burning certain CD-audio projects with Sony CDU-920S in DAO

Hi there!
I just tried to burn a CD audio project with my antique but still good Sony CDU920S. Unfortunately Vegas doesn't want to start with the writing/emulation process: This drive can not process this PQ list due to the fact.... Well the project had 1:14:22 which would fit onto the CD-R used. I played around with the markers and found some constellations where the writer would accept the PQ-list (from time to time where the list was only 1 CD-track long; but when I moved the markers, even with only one CD-track the error came back).
Is there a chance that this bug will be fixed in the next release or will I have to buy a new CD recorder (I love my CDU920)?
Here's what the error-dialog says in detail (VV4.0d):

'Sony CDU92X'-(8)
'trm3x5'-(0)
-'SONY CD-R CDU920S 2.0c'-(6)
Module cdu92x.cpp Line 1701
An illegal request was received.
Illegal PQ entries or too many PQ entries.

Hi Chris,

Can you email me a copy of the project that exhibits the error? Just the .veg file - I don't need the media.

daves@sonicfoundry.com

I just want to see what the PQ data looks like.

Thanks,
Dave
