Subject:Rewind effect

I'm using Acid Pro to create a continuous mix cd. What is the best way to create a reqind effect at the end (or middle) of a track to mix into a new track. I can only think of using SoundForge to select the sample then apply a reverse to it then a pitch bend.

Is there a real time plugin to do this in Acid Pro?

Also what is the best program to create scratch effects?
