i ve been using acid for years , i love this program , and adding rewire makes it beautiful. acid and reason equals bliss i am now working on producing tracks for a record label ,and as amazing acid is for making music , i hope some features are added or refined for the 5.0 release to make the transition easier. example; for this project, ive been to three major studios (all 3 studios have multiple rooms) all of them were running protools (not a big deal), but when i transfered my tracks into wav files there were problems. the aux effects were the problem. if i left them on pre send, all tracks got the aux effected tracks, if i left them on post send everything came out fine except for the tracks with the aux effects. another problem, shouldn't mute mean mute, when you have a tracks thats muted the effects still play in the background. again, i love acid i have found work arounds to these problems but im wondering if theres something im not aware to increase my work flow. thank you |

Read my post here about this issue on having solo/mute work correctly when in either pre/post volume... http://www.sonicfoundry.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?MessageID=176105&Replies=9&Page=8 Please go to the product suggestion page and make sure they keep this a priority. Thanks. Ed. |
