Use the Explorer like you would the Explorer in Windows. There should be an address bar in the upper left of the Explorer window. Click the drop-down arrow and click on "My Computer". You're looking for, typically, "(C:)". This is usually your hard drive. Start there by double-clicking on it, then browse to the folder where any loops you've downloaded reside. (You would preferably want to create a folder for any downloaded loops just to keep everything neat.) Remember that anything you attempt to download will usually be placed in the "My Documents" folder by default. Make sure you change this before downloading.
