Its no Sonar, it only adds some midi editing capabilities to Acid 4.
At the time I bought it SF did not have the CC window that GenieSys had.
Also the GenieSys will let you add up to 5-6 instruments definitions w/controller names, Yea I know I already asked for more.
But I still use Acid 4.0e w/GenieSys.

I think you will see some very impressive midi stuff from Acid 5 when it hits the seen.
