Subject:Track Bleed!!!

Hey, I'm kinda new to recording and a problem I've been constantly plagued by is track bleed. Every time I go to record a track over another one (guitar part over some drums for instance) I get the drums bleeding through quite a bit. What can I do to avoid that?
