After uninstalling the demo version from my system, we purchased Sound Forge Studio 6.0, Build 237. I brought in a .wma file, edited it, and could not save it. I uninstalled and reinstalled everthing, re-entered the serial number, and continuted to have this problem. I then created a test voice file using a microphone, and could not save that file either. The message that returns is, "An error occured saving one or more files. Error 0xc 00d0bc2. Message missing" I could not find this in the Knowledge base. TIA, MaryO |

OK, Mary! The solution is one: TO FORMAT YOUR HARD DISK! 100% formated. Then later, reinstall your system operative (win> 95, 98SE, 2000, ME or XP) more your programs, plugins and Sonic Foundry's products. Any problem will disappear!! |
