Why would you need them? They were only licensed for the specific contest, and now that they are over, the loops are out of rights.

Indeed, you cannot use the loops other than for the contest they were meant for. Any other use is copyright infringement. That's why when the contest ends, so does the availability of the associated loops.

Yeh but I need this for listening of sound. I`m a sound engeenier and I`m really need to listen got records. Madonna, Lenny Kravitz this are the best productions and for me is hard to hear bass in all mix. And when i hear alone track of bass I know what I must find in sound. I don`t need this tracks for comercial use. Only for listening.
