i don't know what i have to to do to fix it.
my operating system is Windows 2000

Most likely this is due to a buffer underrun. There are a number of things that can be done to optimize your system to avoid underruns, and a search will turn them up. Otherwise, I'd suggest contacting our tech support department.

If you post here again, be sure to provide the following...

What DRIVE are you using?
Which service pack are you using?
What speed are you burning at?
What speed is your system?
Can you render your project, and then burn it from the rendered .wav file?

HTH,
Joel
