Hello, I just finished recording a long piece of music (20 minutes plus). The performance was good, sound quality good, etc. However, during the course of recording I had a do a ton of punches. Sonar doesn't offer a programmable crossfade on punches so I have a lot of clicks and pops caused by punching on a non-zero cross. Doing any of the noise reduction plugins resolve this problem? I'm on a PC and I use Sonar / Sound Forge (so DirectX plugins). Thanks Mark |

Maybe, but making use of the pencil and repair tools in Forge on a case by case basis would probably be less intrusive. Vegas has lots of fade options, many of them automatic <g>. |
