Is there any way to fix Sound distortation(Band at Wedding was too loud) and my camera for some reason recorded alot of distortation and a kind of tareing noise in the background whenever the band got particulary loud.
Any help or input on this matter would be of great help

Regards
Mic

Chances are you are pretty stuffed. Yo could try some EQ to filter out disturbing distortion products, but you can't replace what's missing.

Sonic Foundry sells the Noise Reduction 2.0 plug-in which has a feature to reduce clipping (distortion) called "clipped peak restoration". Sounds very impressive. It's pricey but you can download a trial (demo) version.
