each line has their tempo
when i change one , why another one changes too!
i want controll them each other!

The project tempo is located left of the center screen, when ACID is opened. This controls the overal BPM (Beats Per Minute) of the project. Each sample/loop/recording has it's own unique tempo, based on the BPM speed used when it was recorded. As far as I know, you cannot alter the individual tempo in Track Properties. However, you can click on the Stretch tab and alter the "Number of beats", which is very similar.
