Subject:Acid loops downlaod problem

A few days ago I received an email offer from Sonic Foundry for Acid 3, Sound Forge & Video Factory. It looked interesting since I have often wondered about 'making music' so with the offer of 600 loops included I thought why not?

So I go to the store & pay up but when I finished the d/l I couldn't find these loops. Where are they? I have emailed Sonic 3 times but I'm being ignored, or so it seems. So much for getting started straight away!

Sorry for the rant, but can anyone point me in the right direction...I'm feeling a little 'ripped' at present.

Your loop CD is shipped by mail. Did you select the option to have the CD sent to you?

There was no option to do that. Anyway, SF got back to me & claimed not to have received my first 2 emails. Possible. They acknowledged that the option to ship was not available. However, since I'm in Australia they may not wish to ship there so I'm awaiting the outcome.

I have made my feelings clear to them about their promotion being a little misleading with regard to the d/l part & hope they will address that problem in future.
