can't use ACID or SOUND FORGE -ACID Product Family

Subject:can't use ACID or SOUND FORGE Posted by: DKardos Date:6/18/2003 12:26:19 AM Hi- I was trying to use the Acid Demo, and it wasn't working... after installation, Acid would load up, and then crash immediately upon coming onto my screen... so I decided to get the Sound Forge 6.0 demo and see if that worked, and the same thing happened. I wonder if my machine is jinxed for Sonic Foundry products or something.. except that CD Arcitecht (which I've bought) works just fine. Has anyone had this trouble and know what I can do to fix it?
