Subject:Problem with playback and recording in acid 4

When i try to record in Acid i get an error
The playback device Microsoft Sound Mapper does not support the current output format.
The playback device Microsoft Sound Mapper does not exist.
i also get it sometimes when i playback and if i switch to my soundcard i get the same message

Is your project 16 bit or 24 bit?
What audio hardware are you using?

my project is 24 bit i am using a creative sound blaster with a mixer plugged in the recording input for the microphone

We are tracking a bug when using 24 bit.

Switch to 44.1/16 bit for now. (You can't get 24 bits from a SB anyway.)
