Subject:Acid Pro 4d USB Quattro and Sync Nightmares

I'm running a Toshiba Satalite Lap Top w Windows XP and plenty of Processor and RAM Space and I'm using Acid Pro 4 w/USB Quattro.

I Just downloaded Acid Pro 4d, The Windows the Service pack 1 and the 1.28rc5 Quattro Driver and here is still the problem.

When I use Acid Pro 4d to drive the sequencer in my workstation via midi clock, it's out of sync by maybe a beat. But here's the craziest part. It only does that when I run the program through Quattro's Outputs in ASIO. When I run the program through the soundcard in my Lap Top straight through the Lap Top Speakers it syncs up perfectly.

I did notice that ( And I swear I've spent a whole lot of hours) whenever I run the Quattro in Duo mode that the buffer function in my acid program can be adjusted and lowered enough to sync the two up but not in ASIO mode. I'm figuring it just has to do with the way I installed the program.

Here's a couple of other things I also noticed along the way;
When I powered down the Quattro, the drivers that you told me to remove disappeared
I also noticed that the 1.28rc5 Driver I downloaded was a Beta Version. Would that make any difference?
During the 2nd install attempt I noticed on my Acid Audio menu that it's giving me three Quattro Options (USB Quattro, USB Quattro 2 and USB Quattro 3) and man did that really throw me. Please Help a Brotha Out
