I'm hoping that it has just eluded me, but I'm wondering if it's possible to render or record Reason's audio output while rewired to Acid. All my midi sequencing is done in Reason. It seems that rendering options in both Acid and Reason are greyed out? I'm using Acid Pro v4.0d and Reason v2.5. Please help! LH |

If you want to render whatever is in Reason right into ACID, solo the respective soft synth bus (or busses) in the Mixer and do a bounce. (CTRL+M is the shortcut.) HTH, Iacobus |

Do you have any tracks in ACID - Audio or MIDI? If you don't, ACID doesn't think it has anything to render, so it wont let you. Additionally, ACID will only render the ACID time line's length, so if your Reason project is 20 bars, and the ACID project is 10 bars, ACID will render 10 bars. Peter |

Thanks to both of you. Yes, my mistake was an empty Acid timeline. The latest incarnation of Acid is truly the Bee's Knees. LH |
