thanks for everybody's help.The problem im having is that the ruler is not matching the timing of my recording.is there any way to adjust the ruler at the top so that it matches the timing of my loops?i've tried adjusting the options i have found but they only work for the chopper.Thanks.if you can help you rock.stutta

Not too sure what you're asking.

Use View>Time Ruler>Show Time Ruler on the menu bar, then right-click the time ruler, choose Set Time at Cursor and enter a respective time to create an offset.
