Subject:Not keeping tempo

I've been using Acid 3.0 for awhile and have had no problem until after I installed RealNetworks RealOne on my machine. Now playback presents beats inconsistently and listening is quite painful. I've uninstalled RealOne, no luck, Installed 4.0 no luck, It has to be something simple but so far I'm without a solution.

I'm also a MAC guy so this is probably compounding the problem. Is there anyway to reset preferences or something.
