Subject:extractor problem

Well, I downloaded 4c, but when I click on, I get message that the self extractor is unable to write to the temp directory in my documents and settings! can anyone help me out here really appreciate it

Sounds like a bum DL.
Did it really say 4.0C?
Go back to the DL page, it should be 4.0d, if not, then do a refresh of the page.

Try again, I guess.
