Subject:Midi using ASIO Shut Down???

When I try to record Midi with the driver set on ASIO Acid 4 shuts down. I have an audiophile 2496 sound card. If anyone could please help i would love it!!!

Using Windows XP or 2000? Are you using M-Audio's beta drivers? They fixed a problem with using ASIO in ACID Pro 4.0. Hop on over to M-Audio's site and pick them up. (Use the 5.10.00.29x12 versions.)

I am using XP, I am gonna try M-Audio's Site. I don't know if I am using beta or not.
