ReWire is a technology developed by Propellerhead that lets an app like Reason 2.5 sync itself to a host application like ACID Pro 4.0. For example, if you set the tempo in your project in ACID Pro to 100 BPM and play the project back, then Reason will also play at 100 BPM.
