At least from what I've played around with so far, 4c seems much more stable and crashproof with the VSTi's that used to crash it before (Plugsound (v1.82) and the Spectrasonics instruments). I did manage to crash it earlier today with fontaminator, but so far I am quite pleased!!!! Especially with the Rewire connection. I've already used Reason for a number of things and am very excited!!!!!!

I'm finding glitches with Reason/Rewire. While trying to put Acid/Reason thru the paces (nothing drastic mind you) I first found that when I opened Acid for the first time a message popped up stating All my MIDI Devices were in use by another program, well being as nothing elsewas running I found that strange but not to worry I simply unticked the MIDI devices. So I bring up Acid then Reason (Mixer, ReDrum) build a simple 8 bar beat then I get sync glitch so i tweaked the Position bias it helped but still not quite on. Upon adding a SubTractor, latency was about two hundred million ms, I played a line, went in the kitchen made a cuppa coffee, watched a little Sports Center, threw a load of laundry into the washer, by the time I got back the line had started to play. I hit the stop button hit the space bar and wouldn't you know it the next line comes right on time about 2 ms. Now I saying ok strange then all of a sudden the first Kick drum at the tart of the beat I've made ocassionally hits at about +6dB the rest of the loop plays normal, like I said this only occurs ocassionally. Appears as if there's still Ghosts in the Machinery....Level Vibes
