Subject:acid 4.0c and absynth presets

I just installed 4.0c.

I unchecked "Close audio and MIDI ports when ACID is not the active application and "Close media file when ACID is not the active application"

I recorded 3 absynth tracks each with different patches within the same 0-15 bank, they all play fine, I can close and reopen acid and all patches are saved... BUT, the minute I click on the soft synth control bus, the absynth soft synth properties window appears and the patch reverts back to patch 0. Is this normal? Also, I get an error when I try to save vsti effect-absynthvst

I've been complaining about the same problem for the last 2 days.

2 days, how about over a year, I thought absy + acid was going to change my world, still waiting. Very frustrating to hear Mac Money et al say they have no problems. I have to think it is some weird combo of Acid Absy and me.

On a positive note I want to thank peter and SoFo for their work in getting this update out. I am die hard SoFo fan regardless of this absynth issue.
