Subject:Plug-in Chainer problem

SF6's audio plug-in chainer seems to be misbehaving.

The status bar progresses fine until 94% or 95% and then zooms to 100% without processing the last part of the sound file. If I run each component of the chain separately everything is fine, but not through the chainer.

Can anybody suggest a remedy for this? TIA.
