They're free to use in production... resell them individually & SoFo will kick your ass.
It's pretty cut and dry, actually...

David's right. You can resell them as long as they are combined with other media -- either music, other loops or video.

In addition to what's been said, you may, of course, also creatively mangle them as you see fit in any commerical (i.e., music you sell) venture. Just don't repackage them or resell them in, say, any loop collection. Big no-no.

If you're looking for great loops for Pop/Rock/Funk/country, etc (no techno or house), then checkout www.smartloops.com I also just noticed they have a bunch of free ACID loops on thier site as well.
