it wont install.. it says this..

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact You Supported personnel for assistance

i have xp.. and i cant find one for xp the others wont work

This is vague, but I seem to remember having an install problem with one of my SoFo apps from CD to XP Pro, and the answer was to copy the CD to the desktop and install from there. If you're getting frustrated then give it a try, I know it worked for one of these apps...
