Subject:Burning CD Problems after Acid

Hello! After I work on my tracks in Acid, I burn my tracks to CD. When listening on CD, I hear a "pop" or a "clip" after every track. I'm sure this is a basic problem but I can't figure it out! Can anyone please help? It would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks in advance!
