Subject:SiS 7012?

Acid and SoundForge both show a SiS 7012 wave driver available for my use. Direct X Diagnostics can run tests with it. My current soundcards are the SB Audigy Platinum and the EMI 2/6, which have their own, clearly-labled drivers. Does anyone know what the SiS 7012 is and how it recently got added to my system?

Looks like the drivers for an SIS onboard soundchip probably on an Elitegroup motherboard. Take a look at your motherboard manual to disable it in the BIOS if desired.
