Have you tried the demo? I imagine that would give you a good idea on how ACID 4.0 will be on your system.

As far as bugs go, the only major hurdle I had was with my soundcard's ASIO drivers. Naturally, that was my soundcard vendor's fault, not ACID's. (The problem has long since been fixed.)
